Velkommen til Matfestivalen i Lofoten

29. og 30. september 2012, vil det igjen bli matfestival på Leknes i Lofoten. Dette blir femte gang det arrangeres Matfestival i Lofoten, og vi tror at mange vil bli med for å opprettholde tradisjonen.

Lofoten har veldig mye godt å by på når det gjelder mat. På festivalen får du se, oppleve og smake noe av dette. I tillegg får du se og lære litt om hvordan maten blir til, og kanskje får du prøve sjøl også. Underholdning, aktiviteter, konkurranser og mye annet blir det også. Vi kommer til å ha mye på menyen, og håper du tar deg en tur.

Lofotens Matambassadør ble kåret for første gang i 2008, og vinner ble Lofotprodukter. I 2009 var det mesterkokken Roy Magne Berglund som stakk av med tittelen, i 2010 var Lofotr - vikingmuseet på Borg som ble vinner, mens det i 2011 var Sjømat v/ Anita Gylseth som ble matambassadør.

Welcome to Lofoten Food Festival
The 2011 NATURLIGVIS Food Festival in Leknes, Lofoten, Norway will take place on Saturday and Sunday 29/30 September 2012. This will be the 5th time this Food Festival is held i Lofoten. We also this year expect a large number of different local food producers to participate as well as many visitors.

Lofoten has very much good to offer when it comes to food. At the festival you as a visitor will have the opportunity to take a look, taste and experience some of this superb local food. In addition, you will see and learn a little about how food is prepared, and maybe you will have the chance to try yourself.

The Festival menu is varied and includes great entertainment, different activities, competitions and much more. We hope to see you at NATURLIGVIS Food Festival.

The Lofot Food Ambassador was voted first time in 2008 and the winner that year was LOFOTPRODUKT AS. In 2009 masterchef Roy Magne Berglund won the title, and in 2010 the Lofotr - viking museeum won the title, and in 2011 Sjømat v/ Anita Gylseth won the title.
